Here's a picture of my eight year old Cairn Terrier, Sid. I brought him home when he was six months old, and couldn't decide on a name that fit. One day, a few of my nieces were sitting in the kitchen with me, and I asked them for some ideas. Among all the suggestions, my one niece was looking at a box of Rice Krispies. Ice Age the movie had just come out at that time, and a cartoon of the characters was on the box. She yells out, "Sid the Sloth!" And there it was...the perfect name for my little guy.... Sid :-) he's definitely not a sloth lol, but the name fits him to a tee!
